Fast Learning Web-Version
Step1：Download and install the Meridian-Agent application
Download and install the cross-platform Meridian-Agent application. Please select your favorite platform Mac or Windows to download and execute the installer.
Step2：Execute the Meridian-Agent application and log in to the cloud network interface.
Execute the Meridian-Agent and login into web-version (https://web.cloudtcm.com) via Google Chrome. Notice: It is recommended to use Chrome for best results!
Step3：Regiter and login into web-version
When you visit the web-version, you will first see the registration/login page. As the first time , you neet to register (enter your email and password). You will become a member and log in automatically without reviewing. The registration process will take no more than one minute!
Step4：Login into the web-version, connect the hardware
Once you have successfully logged into the system, you will be taken to the dashboard page and you can start using the web-version. Remember to connect the hardware with USB wire into your Mac or WIndows computer, otherwise you won’t be able to detect the meridian.
Step5：Customer management(add/edit/delete customer)
Click the red button in the lower right corner to quickly add customers. You must fill in at least the customer nickname and gender to quickly create a customer profile. You can also go to the customer profile page to edit and modify more customer profiles.
Step6：Start meridian detection
After clicking on the meridian detection icon in the customer list, you can immediately enter the meridian detection page. The detection process is exactly the same as the stand-alone version, so no special learning is required. After the procedure is completed, click the Save button to save all the data in the cloud database.

Through cloud computing technology, It calculates and generates a variety of charts, which are instantly presented in the web-version.

Web-version need to connect to the Internet?
Since all of our computational logic analysis uses cloud computing technology, the entire process of using web-edition must maintain network connectivity.
Support which Windows version？
The web-edition only supports 64-bit (X64) Windows systems and does not support x86 systems. Generally speaking, as long as it is a Windows 10 system, it can be used smoothly.
How to backup data?
It does not require backup files. Whether it is Mac/Windows/Linux version, you can get all the records of cloud synchronization by logging in to the same account. We also regularly back up the database in the cloud server, you need not to worry about losing or unable to synchronize.
Can I download my own data?
Although web-version starage data to the cloud server, you can download all your own data at any time.
May I use web-version in mainland China?
Since we are using Google Cloud server, it may not be available to be used in the mainland China. If users in mainland China encounter obstacles in use, please feel free to write to us to contact us and discuss solutions. Contact email: [email protected]
How to import data from standalone version to web-version
Standalone version and web-version are two separate systems, the data could not be synchronized. If you decide to use the web-version as the main system, we can convert the stand-alone data to the online version for you. Please contact us directly at [email protected]
Does Meridian-Agent application contains a virus?
The Meridian-Agent application does not contain any viruses. This program has been online testing with more than 30 anti-virus programs.
